Each session is designed to meet you where you are, helping you weave healing into everyday life while honoring the wisdom of Celtic tradition. During the session we will work with the unseen realms of spirit, energy, and nature to restore balance, release blockages, and reconnect you with your inner wisdom and wholeness. This happens through spirit led techniques such as journeying, soul retrieval, power retrieval, and energy clearing. The guides may offer wisdom and guidance and a spirit animal may also come forward.

Spirit dolls are handmade figures created to serve as physical vessels for personal intentions, healing or spiritual connection. Spirit dolls are sometimes referred to as sacred familiars. They are a time-honoured tradition that have been crafted by our ancestors for many centuries. Each doll is unique and is crafted with intention and care using natural materials and sacred objects. Spirit dolls can be companions, guides, and healers. All dolls are uniquely handcrafted to match the client's intention. Reiki is the gentle art of channelling energy. A stream of universal energy flows through the hands, settling into the body like calm waters. It does not force or demand, but invites balance, peace, and renewal. In its quiet presence, the spirit remembers wholeness, and the heart opens to rest and healing. Although a gentle and non-invasive therapy, Reiki is a powerful healing modality which can dissolve energy blockages and promote deep relaxation and healing. I have been an Usui Reiki Master Teacher for more than 30 years and deliver individual and group training as well as individual healing sessions. In this sacred and safe space of sisterhood, we honour the cycles of life, release what no longer serves, and awaken to the beauty of the sacred feminine. By joining online or in person, women experience a sense of belonging, empowerment, and spiritual nourishment as they weave ancient wisdom into modern life.
